Aerial Rope

With Rachel Rees

About This Immersion

We are covering two main areas—Dynamics and C-Shaping. Learn new beat pathways and strengthen your basics as we work towards semi release moves and full release moves including J flips, pirouettes, and more. Prepare to defy gravity and learn tools to roll up and down the rope with as many C-shaping drills as we can fit into your brain. And to round it all off, we’ll help you build strength and a more nuanced understanding of your body in the air by conditioning for rope-specific strength. With 40 foot ceilings and a foam pit, what better way to take the next step on your rope journey?
